Summer vacation:
From 11th august till 22th august we have summer holiday.

No shipments will be sent or emails will be answered. You can place your order but it will be shipped from the 25th of august, emails during this period will be answered from 25th august.

Returns: Returns: If you want to send a return and your 14-day return cooling-off period falls within this summer holiday period, you still must register your return by sending us an email within 14 days after delivery at your address.  If you fail to send an email within the 14 days, then your right of return also expires. Follow our instructions on the returns page, where you will find the returns form with our returns address. We advise you to wait before sending your package in return so that we can receive the package from August 12th.

Repairs: Register your repair by email or ticket on our website, we will answer this again from August 25th and give you instructions.
